What is Clean Eating?

With that in mind, my recipes wont just feature raw vegetables and fruits, nor does everything have to be organic. To me, the most important aspect of this mindset is avoiding extra additives and preservatives. In our society, where everything is ultra-processed, making this small change and using real ingredients can make a big difference.
