Ingredients needed for Spinach Salad with Lemon Dressing
For Salad:
- Baby Spinach
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Feta Cheese
- Radish
- Red Onion

For Dressing:
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Ground Oregano
- Salt
How To Make Spinach Salad with Lemon Dressing
Step One: Prepare the Veggies
Start by thoroughly washing all your vegetables. Slice them into small, bite-size pieces.
Step Two: Make the Lemon Dressing
In a small jar, combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, ground oregano and a dash of salt. Shake well until the dressing is evenly mixed.
Step Three: Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, add the spinach, cucumber, avocado, tomato, feta cheese, radish, and red onion. Pour the lemon dressing over the salad and toss until all ingredients are well-coated. Finally, add croutons on top and enjoy.
