Sesame Green Salad
Simple green salad with a vibrant sesame dressing.

- 1 head romaine lettuce cut into 1/2 inch stripes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 radish cut into small pieces
- 1/2 yellow onion cut into thin strips
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1 avocado cut into small pieces
- 1/8 cup sesame oil
- juice of half a lemon
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds *optional for a more nutty flavor
In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables.
Drizzle with sesame oil and lemon juice, add a pinch of salt, and toss to coat everything evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
