For smoothie:

  • 2 cup frozen fruit of choice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup water

For toppings:

  • sliced strawberry
  • sliced banana
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
  • unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • granola

Instructions
 

  • In a small blender, combine frozen fruit with ripe banana. Add water and blend until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more frozen fruit for thickness or water for blending.
  • Transfer the blended smoothie into a bowl. Customize with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
